When I tried to sign up or activate through Facebook it wont work. It just stays loading for the longest time...

This only allows you to buy items from their lookbook, meaning you cant see most of their stuff! Bummer

Online shopping app cant really let me, shop. It can only look at their looknook and meet designers.

Need all the clothes!

I do not know why but I cannot access the app. This is kind of annoying due to the fact an employee at the store told me I can get 20%off if I downloaded the app.

It doesnt let me see anything in the shop section...

Just downloaded the app on my iPhone. It doesnt even go further than the log in page. It crashed when I tried to sign up with email and froze when u tried signing up through face book. Bad app

Beautifully done, CO! So happy to have the styles Ive come to love and inspo I crave right at my fingertips! The app was easy to download, install, and sign into. Took 3 minutes max! Stunning photos, great inspiration, and quick links! Perfect!

You cant even shop inside the app. It just links you to the website on Safari. Please make it so you can shop inside the app? That would be much more useful.

Whats the point of having an app when you cant shop through the app?! I love the design of the app though. And why do I need to sign up for an account when I have had an account with them. It was like either you sign in through Facebook or sign up a new account. Why cant I sign in through my email only? Its like they want more people on their email listing!

I was ecstatic to download this Cotton On app since its the first and I was very disappointed. You can not view clothes thru the app, all it does it re-directs you to open safari and you can view the items that way. They need to upgrade this ASAP. Im a big user of store apps and this one really isnt one.

Make it to where you can actually shop from the app? As for right now I can only pretty much scroll through pictures...

I just downloaded the app and it wont even log me in so I can actually begin to use it. I tried to activate through Facebook and the only other option, both of which didnt work. I just stared at the loading screen for an hour and its still not up. Waste of time.

I downloaded this app expecting to be able to shop and order items from the app. However, when you want to shop or look at Cotton On items it just redirects you to Safari. So, all the app does is show pictures of mens and womens clothes, and when you click shop it leaves the app. Total waste, do not download!

So excited to see this company has an app, because I love shopping online without the hassle of mobile version websites. Turns out, the app only redirects you to Safari to log in and shop. I dont even use Safari...

Couldnt even get past registering to get into the app.

I expected more from here
